Created in conjunction with Quia Corporation, the VISTAS 2e Web-SAM is the electronic version of the printed VISTAS 2e Workbook, Lab Manual, and Video Manual.  The Web-SAM delivers these ancillaries online with automatic scoring, plus it includes the complete Lab Audio and Video Programs.

Students get 24-hour access to workbook, video, and laboratory activities with instant feedback and grading.  With Web-SAM, students also get the complete Laboratory Audio Program on one MP3 Files Audio CD-ROM.

Instructors can view student results, manage their classes, and even customize their book by adjusting grading features, assigning specific exercises, and creating their own activities and quizzes.  Students self-register for the course, so instructors can create a course in less than 10 minutes.  In addition, student scores can easily be exported from Web-SAM into course management systems such as WebCT or Blackboard. 

IMPORTANT: The Web-SAM is only for students whose instructors have adopted it for their classes and who have purchased Web-SAM access keys.

If you have a Web-SAM access key,

• For first-time registration, instructors will need their VISTAS 2e Web-SAM Instructor Information Sheet with their unique access key. Students will need their VISTAS 2e Web-SAM Student Information Sheet with their unique access key plus the course code provided by their instructor.
• IMPORTANT: Once you have registered, you will need your username and password for all subsequent access to the Web-SAM, so be sure to write down your username and password.
• You need either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape Communicator 4.7 to view the Web-SAM.
