What's the English equivalent of "Atención al cliente"? List in Spanish (or English where necessary) the products you would expect to find on the "Productos y Servicios" link. Click on the link.
   
2. Compare the subheadings under "Banca al Por Mayor" and "Banca al Por Menor." What's the difference between these categories? Now click "Banca al Por Menor". How many of the products shown did you predict? What terms are new to you?
   
3. Click "Cuenta Corriente" What are some of the services offered? Using what you know about checking accounts, can you infer what "domiciliar el pago de sus servicios y sus tarjetas de crédito" means?
