3. Present the Contextos vocabulary using Transparencies 28-29. Point out and discuss the information in the Variación léxica and ¡LENGUA VIVA! notes.
4. Go over the assigned Práctica activities with the class. Then have the class work through your choice of the remaining Práctica activities
5. Have your students do your choice of the Comunicación activities.
6. Preview the Fotonovela section

1. Have your students read the Lesson 6 Fotonovela and familiarize themselves with the Expresiones útiles.
2. Have your students prepare an oral summary of the plot of the Fotonovela to share at the next class session.

3. Review and discuss the Enfoque cultural information with the class.
4. Have your students watch the Lesson 6 video module on the Video CD-ROM or VHS tape.
5. Have the class work through your choice of the Reacciona a la fotonovela activities.
6. Preview Estructura 6.1.

ASSIGNMENT

1. Have your students read Estructura 6.1.
2. Have your students prepare the ¡Inténtalo! activity and your choice of the Práctica activities to go over orally during the next class session.
