IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Present the profile on Catalina de Erauso and
do the Conexión personal questions in Antes de leer with
the class.
- Ask students to tell you about Catalina de
Erauso.
- Work through Después de leer
activities 1 and 2 for Perfil: Catalina de Erauso with the class.
- Put students in pairs and have them prepare
Después de leer activity 3 for Perfil: Catalina de Erauso.
Remind students to think of the differences between Spain and the Americas at
that time.
- Have students prepare Después de
leer activity 4 for Perfil: Catalina de Erauso in pairs. Have each
pair present its interview to the class.
- Present the Estrategia de
comunicación in Atando cabos. Then have students work in
groups on their presentations.
- Announce the quiz on Lección 4
to be given during the next class and explain what material will be
covered.
ASSIGNMENT
- Study for the quiz on Lección
4.
- Prepare presentations for Atando cabos
for the next class.
- Complete the Lecturas activities from
the FACETAS web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day
8.
