IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
  1. Go over students’ work on steps A & B of A conversar.
  2. Put students in groups of three and complete A conversar.
  3. Debrief A conversar by having the groups report their results to the whole class.
  4. Present the vocabulary list for the second reading, Perfil: Catalina de Erauso, modeling the Spanish words and expressions.
  5. Collect and correct the travel advice that students wrote for A escribir.
ASSIGNMENT
  1. Read Antes de leer and study the Vocabulario for Perfil: Catalina de Erauso.
  2. Read Perfil: Catalina de Erauso and prepare the Después de leer activities for the next class.
  3. Continue preparing the Lecturas activities from the FACETAS web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 8.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
  1. Take the Quiz on the FACETAS CD-ROM and review any problem areas.
