IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have students present their stories for Práctica y Comunicación activity 3 for Estructura 7.4 to the class.
- Put students in groups of four and complete A conversar.
- Debrief A conversar by having the groups present their projects to the class and having the class ask questions and express their doubts.
- Have each group begin work on a poster advertising their product. They should be certain to modify their initial assumptions about their advertising campaign in light of the feedback received from the class.
- Present A escribir, making sure students understand the Plan de redacción.
ASSIGNMENT
- Finish the advertising poster and be prepared to explain the advertising campaign.
- Prepare A escribir, to be handed in at the next class.
- Use the Internet or the library to learn about Gabriel García Márquez and magic realism.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Prepare the Composición section in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual and do the corresponding activities.
