IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have students present the dialogs they prepared for Después de leer activity 4 for La prodigiosa tarde de Baltasar to the class.
- Present the Videoteca section. Model the Spanish words and expressions in Vocabulario. Play the video without sound. Ask students how they think the video relates to the lesson theme.
- Put students in pairs and have them work through Antes de ver el corto.
- Show the video, with sound. As a class, complete the Mientras ves el corto activities. Replay any portion of the video needed to correct the Mientras ves el corto activities.
ASSIGNMENT
- Study the Videoteca Vocabulario.
- Prepare Videoteca Después de ver el corto activities 4, 5, and 6. Do activity 6 in writing.
- Continue preparing the Lecturas activity from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 12.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Provide students with the Práctica exercises from the Additional Activities found in the Instructor’s Resource Manual.
