IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Review Expresiones útiles by asking students questions using the expressions.
- Have students do the Ampliación activities for Fotonovela in class. Students will work in pairs for activities 6 and 7.
- Work through the Práctica activities for Estructura 5.1 with the class.
- Present Estructura 5.2.
- Present Enfoques. Focus students’ attention on the lead-ins to each reading, elicit their knowledge of the topics, and have them describe the photographs.
ASSIGNMENT
- Study Estructura 5.2.
- Prepare the Práctica activities for Estructura 5.2 for oral work during the next class.
- Read the first Enfoques selection.
- Go to the ENFOQUES web site, prepare the corresponding activity for the first Enfoques selection, and submit it electronically before the next class.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 5.2 in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual.
- Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 5.2 in the lab manual section of the Student Activities Manual in conjunction with the Lab Audio CD or MP3 Files Audio CD-ROM.
