IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Review Estructura 3.4 (p. 106). Follow the anno on IAE, p. 107, to have students change prepositional phrases to adverbs.
- Collect students’ written narrations describing a party and correct them while students work in groups.
- Have students work in pairs to do Práctica y Comunicación activity 3 for Estructura 3.4 (p. 107). Have each pair act out their dialog for the class.
- Put students in groups of three and have them complete step D of A conversar (p. 108).
- Debrief A conversar by having the groups report their results to the whole class.
- Present A escribir (p. 109), making sure students understand the Plan de redacción.
ASSIGNMENT
- Prepare A escribir (p. 109), to be handed in at the next class.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Prepare the Composición section in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual and do the corresponding activities.
