IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
Have a few volunteers read aloud their paragraph for Después de leer activity 4 for Poema 20 (p. 36). Put students in pairs and have them imagine orally the same characteristics as they apply to the poet.
Work through Después de leer activity 3 for Poema 20 (p. 36) with the class.
Put students in pairs and have them complete Después de leer activity 5 for Poema 20 (p. 36). Have students present their dialogs to the class.
Explain to students that every odd-numbered lesson is accompanied by a short video. Present the Videoteca section (pp. 42–43). Play the video without sound. Ask students how they think the video relates to the lesson theme.
ASSIGNMENT
Study the VideotecaVocabulario (p. 42).
Prepare Antes de ver el corto (p. 42) for oral work during the next class.
Continue preparing the Lecturasactivity from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 12.
