Put students in groups to go over steps A–C of A conversar.
Put students in small groups and complete A conversar.
Debrief A conversar by having the groups present their conclusions to the class.
Present the vocabulary list for Perfil: Jeff Bezos, modeling the Spanish words and expressions. Put students in small groups and have them discuss Conexión personal for Perfil: Jeff Bezos in Antes de leer.
Collect and correct the narrations about extraterrestrial encounters that students wrote for A escribir.
ASSIGNMENT
Read Antes de leer and study the Vocabulario for Perfil: Jeff Bezos.
Read Perfil: Jeff Bezos and prepare the Después de leer activities for the next class.
Continue preparing the Lecturas activities from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 9.
