IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Go over students’ work on steps A & B of A conversar.
- Put students in groups of three and complete A conversar.
- Debrief A conversar by having groups present their ideas to the class.
- Present the vocabulary list for the second reading, Perfil: Rubén Blades , modeling the Spanish words and expressions.
- Collect and correct the articles students wrote for A escribir.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Antes de leer and study the Vocabulario for Perfil: Rubén Blades.
- Read Perfil: Rubén Blades and prepare the Después de leer activities for the next class.
- Continue preparing the Lecturas activities from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 8.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Take the Quiz on the ENFOQUES CD-ROM and review any problem areas.
