IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
Have students present their stories for Práctica y Comunicación activity 3 for Estructura 7.4 to the class.
Put students in groups of four to go over steps A—C of A conversar.
Debrief A conversar by having the groups present their projects to the class and having the class ask questions and express their doubts (steps D—F).
Present the vocabulary list for Perfil: Carolina Herrera, modeling the Spanish words and expressions. Put students in pairs and have them complete Conexión personal for Perfil: Carolina Herrera in Antes de leer.
Collect and correct the movie plot summaries that students wrote up for A escribir.
ASSIGNMENT
Read Antes de leer and study the Vocabulario for Perfil: Carolina Herrera.
Read Perfil: Carolina Herrera and prepare the Después de leer activities for the next class.
Continue preparing the Lecturas activities from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 9.
