IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
  1. Warm up the class by asking personal questions that review the grammar and vocabulary of Lección 7.
  2. Work through the Práctica activities for Estructura 7.3 with the class.
  3. Work through Comunicación activity 4 for Estructura 7.3 with the class. Divide the class into halves for activity 5.
  4. Work through Práctica y Comunicación activities 1 and 2 for Estructura 7.4 with the class. Put students in pairs and have them work on activity 3.
  5. Have students present the dialogs they prepared for Después de leer activity 4 for La prodigiosa tarde de Baltasar to the class.
ASSIGNMENT
  1. Write the story of Armando’s day (Práctica y Comunicación activity 3 for Estructura 7.4).
  2. Read through the A conversar section and prepare steps A—C in writing for use in the next class.
  3. Read and prepare A escribir.
  4. Prepare the Lecturas activities from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 9.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
  1. Do the exercises for Estructura 7.3 and Estructura 7.4 on the ENFOQUES CD-ROM.
