IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Go over students’ work on steps A & B of A conversar.
- Put students in groups of three and complete A conversar.
- Debrief A conversar by having the groups report their results to the whole class.
- Present the vocabulary list for the second reading, Perfil: Catalina de Erauso, modeling the Spanish words and expressions.
- Collect and correct the travel advice that students wrote for A escribir.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Antes de leer and study the Vocabulario for Perfil: Catalina de Erauso.
- Read Perfil: Catalina de Erauso and prepare the Después de leer activities for the next class.
- Continue preparing the Lecturas activities from the ENFOQUES web site to be submitted electronically before class on Day 8.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
- Take the Quiz on the ENFOQUES CD-ROM and review any problem areas.
