IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Present the vocabulary list for Anónimo (p. 111), modeling the Spanish words and expressions. Do the Conexión personal questions (p. 111) with the class.
- As a class activity, summarize each paragraph of Anónimo (pp. 112–115).
- Work through Después de leer activities 1 and 2 for Anónimo (p. 116) with the class.
- Have students do Después de leer activity 3 for Anónimo (p. 116) in groups of three. Have each group choose one of their theories to present to the class.
- Follow the anno for Análisis literario (IAE, p. 111) to have students work in pairs to write a basic, suspenseful story. Discuss the different elements of suspense that students have used and decide which elements are used in Anónimo.
ASSIGNMENT
- Study Estructura 3.3 (pp. 102–103) and Estructura 3.4 (p. 106).
- Prepare the Práctica and Comunicación activities for Estructura 3.3 (pp. 104–105) and the Práctica y Comunicación activities for Estructura 3.4 (p. 107) for oral work during the next class.
- Complete the activities for Enfoques from the ENFOQUES web site, to be submitted electronically before the next class.

- Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 3.3 and Estructura 3.4 in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual.
- Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 3.3 and Estructura 3.4 in the lab manual section of the Student Activities Manual in conjunction with the Lab Audio CD or MP3 Files Audio CD-ROM.
