USE OF THE VENTANAS INTERACTIVE CD-ROM
Currently Windows 95/98/Me users may encounter a problem when running the Interactive CD. When a user tries to run the program from the CD an alert is displayed requesting a file named 'Splash'. Below, find a link to the patch installer which will fix this problem:
Ventanas_CDROM_Patch.exe
(This is a self-extracting executable. We have scanned it and found it to be virus free.)
Once the download is complete, please follow these instructions.
Instructions:
- Run Ventanas_CDROM_Patch.
- You are first given a choice whether to place an icon in the Start Menu.
- You may then choose where the installed components should go on your computer. The default location is: C:\Program Files\Ventanas, but you may choose a new location by clicking on the Browse button.
- Files are then copied to your computer. Click Finish to close the window.
Running the Ventanas CDROM:
The Ventanas CDROM must be in your computer for the software to work. Simply double click on the Ventanas icon on your desktop to begin using the software.
