IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have each group present its advertising
poster and explain its advertising campaign. The class should ask each group
questions about its campaign.
- Put students in small groups. Ask them to
discuss the importance of work. Encourage them to use the grammar and vocabulary
from Lección 7 in their discussions. Have each group present the
results of its discussion to the class.
- Check comprehension of the Actualidades
reading by asking students what information should be included on a
résumé.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Manos a la obra and prepare steps
A—C in writing for use in class on Day 12.
- Study the Vocabulario.
- Write a paragraph on what life would be like
without work. Discuss what would be difficult, good, bad (lo difícil,
lo bueno, lo malo), etc. Use transitions to describe a life without
work.
