IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Review Estructura 5.4 with a short
session of “Simón dice,...,” letting different
students take the leadership role. Put students in pairs and have them work
through the Comunicación activities for Estructura
5.4.
- Have students present their advertising
posters. Have students discuss which products or services they would be
interested in.
- Put students in groups of three and complete
A conversar.
- Debrief A conversar by having the
groups report their three new pieces of advice to the whole class.
- Preview Actualidades by asking
students the questions in Antes de
leer.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Actualidades and be prepared to
discuss the Después de leer questions. Do activity 1 in writing.
Draw an alternate last frame for the strip that illustrates your alternate
ending.
- Go to the VENTANAS web site, prepare
the Actualidades activity, and submit it electronically before the next
class.

OPTIONS
- Prepare the Composición section
in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual and do the
corresponding
