IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Review Estructura 4.4 by asking
students questions using impersonal expressions.
- Ask for volunteers to read aloud the personal
ad they wrote as Lucía or Roberto. Work through
Comunicación activity 4 for Estructura 4.4 with the class.
Collect students’ written ads and correct them while students work in
small groups to complete activity 5 and in pairs for activity 6.
- Put students in groups of three and complete
A conversar.
- Debrief A conversar by having the
groups report their results to the whole class.
- Preview Actualidades, going over
Antes de leer and starting to have students read the activity
descriptions aloud in
class.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Actualidades and be prepared to
discuss the Después de leer questions.
- Go to the VENTANAS web site, prepare
the Actualidades activity, and submit it electronically before the next
class.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE
OPTIONS
- Prepare the Composición section
in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual and do the
corresponding
activities.
