IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Review Estructura 3.4 (p. 88). Follow
the anno on IAE, p. 89, to have students change prepositional phrases to
adverbs.
- Collect students’ written narrations
describing a party and correct them while students work in groups.
- Have students work in pairs to do
Práctica y Comunicación activity 3 for Estructura
3.4 (p. 89). Have each pair act out their dialog for the class.
- Put students in groups of three and have them
complete step D of A conversar (p. 90).
- Debrief A conversar by having the
groups report their results to the whole class.
- Preview Actualidades (pp.
92–93), going over Antes de leer (p. 92) and starting to have
students read the ad aloud in
class.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Actualidades (pp. 92–93)
and prepare the Después de leer activities (p.
93).
- Go to the VENTANAS web site, prepare
the Actualidades activity, and submit it electronically before the next
class.
