IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have students perform the dialogs they wrote

- Present the vocabulary list for Arte
latinoamericano, modeling the Spanish words and expressions.
- Have students discuss the Conexión
personal questions in Antes de leer for Arte latinoamericano
inpairs.
- Have students read Contexto cultural.
Ask them how familiar they are with Latin American art.
- Begin reading Arte latinoamericano
aloud with the class. After each paragraph, have students summarize the main
idea. Ask students to note the words that are used to describe Latin American
art.

- Read Arte latinoamericano.
- Prepare the Después de leer
activities for Arte latinoamericano for the next class.
