IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
  1. Ask pairs to present the dialogs they prepared for Atando cabos step 3.
  2. Have students discuss Atando cabos step 2 in pairs. Follow the anno in the IAE to ask students what Baltazar and the main character in El avaro have in common and what they could teach each other.
  3. Put students in groups of three and have them read and peer review the compositions they wrote for Atando cabos step 4.
  4. Work through Videoteca Después de ver el corto activity 4 with the class.
ASSIGNMENT
  1. Revise the compositions written for Atando cabos step 4.
  2. Prepare Videoteca Después de ver el corto activities 5 and 6. Do activity 6 in writing.
  3. Read the quote and examine the painting on the Cultura section opener and be prepared to discuss them.
