Check comprehension of the Actualidades
reading by asking students what the EZLN is and who Subcomandante Marcos
is.
Have students discuss the Después
de leer questions. They should use their research in their discussions of
questions 1 and 3.
Put students in groups of three to read and
peer review each other’s newspaper articles about one of the events in
Comunicación activity 7 for Estructura 12. 2.
Announce the quiz on Lección 12
to be given during the next class and explain what material will be
covered.

Finish preparing the presentations on the
history of independence of a Hispanic country for Manos a la obra step B.
Be prepared to make the presentation to the class.
Do step C of Manos a la obra in
writing.
