Day 4

IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
  1. Have students present their campaign posters for Tere Zamora. Have students discuss how convincing each poster is.
  2. Review Estructura 8.1 by having students restate in the passive voice the sentences you say in the active voice.
  3. Work through the Práctica activities for Estructura 8.2 with the class. Students will work in pairs for activity 4.
  4. Present Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4.
  5. Ask students the comprehension questions for Exploración found in the Additional Teaching Suggestions of the Instructor Resource Manual.
  6. Put students in small groups and have them discuss the Coméntalo questions. Have each group present their response to one of the questions to the class.
ASSIGNMENT
  1. Study Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4.
  2. Prepare the Práctica y Comunicación activities for Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4 for oral work during the next class.
  3. Continue preparing the Exploración activities from the VENTANAS web site to be submitted electronically before the next class.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OPTIONS
  1. Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4 in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual.
  2. Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4 in the lab manual section of the Student Activities Manual in conjunction with the Lab Audio CD or MP3 Files Audio CD-ROM.
  3. Do the corresponding exercises for Estructura 8.3 and Estructura 8.4 on the VENTANAS CD-ROM.
