IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Warm up the class by asking personal
questions that review Estructura 2.3 (pp. 54–55) and
Estructura 2.4 (pp. 58–59).
- Go over students’ work on steps A &
B of A conversar (p. 62).
- Put students in groups of four and complete
A conversar (p. 62).
- Debrief A conversar by having the
groups report their results to the whole class.
- Preview Actualidades (pp.
64–65), going over Antes de leer (p. 64) and starting to have
students read the test aloud in
class.
ASSIGNMENT
- Read Actualidades (pp. 64–65),
take the test, bring the results to the next class, and be prepared to answer #1
of Después de leer (p. 65).
- Go to the VENTANAS web site, prepare
the Actualidades activity, and submit it electronically by the end of the
next class.
- Continue to prepare steps A–C of
Manos a la obra (p. 63) for Day
8.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE
OPTIONS
- Prepare the Composición section
in the workbook section of the Student Activities Manual and do the
corresponding activities.
- Take the Quiz on the VENTANAS
CD-ROM and review any problem
