IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have students work in groups on
Tertulia steps 1 and 2.
- Have groups present their ideas to the class
(step 3). Then discuss the different ideas presented (step 4).
- Discuss with the class the theme for
Lección 11, La tecnología y la ciencia. Ask students
how technology and science have affected their lives. Do they view all the
effects as positive? What negative effects are there? What role do they think
technology and science will play in the next 50
years?
ASSIGNMENT
- Examine the picture and read the quote on the
Literatura section opener for Lección 11. Write a paragraph
explaining your feelings about/opinions on either the quote or the painting.
