IN-CLASS ACTIVITIES
- Have students work in groups on
Tertulia steps 1 and 2.
- Have groups present their ideas to the class
(step 3). Then discuss the different opinions presented (step 4).
- Discuss with the class the theme for
Lección 6, La naturaleza. How do students define
nature? How do they enjoy nature? What threats are there to nature and what can
be done to protect nature and the
environment?
ASSIGNMENT
- Examine the picture and read the quote on the
Literatura section opener for Lección 6. Write a paragraph
explaining how the quote can be applied to the picture. Go to the library or use
the Internet to learn about Wifredo Lam.
